Meet the Doctor and Our Team: Dentists in Mukilteo, WA

Kathryn T. Onishi, DDS

Dr. Onishi was born and raised in the Central Valley of California. She did her undergraduate studies at California State University, Fresno, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology in 1981. She attended dental school at the University of California, San Francisco, and graduated in 1985. Through the years, she has continued to find her career rewarding and enjoyable. The artistic aspect of dentistry and working with people is what drew her to the dental profession, and it continues to motivate her to learn new techniques and skills. She and her husband, Eugene, a native of Seattle, have three children who were brought up in the Mukilteo School District. Dr. Onishi enjoys spending time with her family, attending their sporting and music events, and traveling. She enjoys playing the piano, singing in her church choir, and going on mission trips with her church to provide dentistry to underserved communities in Central America.

Timothy C. Liu, DDS

Dr. Liu is a lifelong Pacific Northwesterner. He was raised near Vancouver, WA, just right next to Portland. Dr. Liu moved to Seattle to attend college at Seattle Pacific University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Physiology in 2018. Afterwards, he stayed in Seattle and attended the University of Washington for dental school, graduating in 2024. Following graduation, Dr. Liu spent a year completing a residency program in Advanced Education in General Dentistry in Bremerton. He is excited to be joining Harbour Place Dental!

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Liu enjoys trying different restaurants, cooking new recipes, reading novels, and traveling around the world. One of his goals is to step foot in every continent!

Gina brings many years of dental hygiene experience to our office. Her passion for her profession, clinical expertise and positive attitude are great assets to our practice.
